Job summary

Westhaven Golf Club in Franklin, TN seeks a friendly Host to greet guests and manage seating for a welcoming dining experience. This part-time role covers Tuesday–Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings, with responsibilities including guiding guests to tables, answering questions, and maintaining the host area with menus.

The ideal candidate has prior restaurant experience, strong multitasking and customer service skills, OpenTable familiarity, and the Tennessee ABC Server Card (to be obtained

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience working in a restaurant.
• OpenTable knowledge preferred.
• Tennessee ABC Server Card (must be attained in first 90 days on property).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage floor plan and seating to ensure timely seating.
• Answer phones and provide menu information.
• Refer to guests by name and accommodate requests when possible.
• Keep host area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Support guests throughout the dining experience to exceed expectations.
• Observe dining flow to maintain smooth operations.
