Job summary

Desert Highlands Golf Club is seeking an experienced, full-time Server to join our Food & Beverage team for the season in Scottsdale, AZ. This role focuses on delivering memorable hospitality experiences, greeting guests, describing menu options, and ensuring timely, accurate service.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and must be 19+ to serve alcohol with a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more related experience and/or training.
• Must be 19+ to serve alcohol and have a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, polite service at assigned station.
• Set up dining room, stations, and side work areas; maintain cleanliness.
• Describe menu items and assist guests with selections.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen, and ensure proper timing of courses.
• Serve meals, check satisfaction, and refill beverages as needed.
• Verify prices and ensure accurate checks; manage tab closing.
