Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to members and guests.
• Greet members and guests by name and assist with locker room needs.
• Maintain the Men's Locker Room to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Stock towels, toiletries, grooming products, and other amenities.
• Provide shoe care and shine services and maintain members' shoes.
• Assist with lockers, clothing, shoes, and personal belongings requests.
• Prepare guest lockers and orient visiting players to the Club.
• Anticipate member needs and respond promptly to special requests.
• Maintain an organized system for member shoes and items.
• Communicate member requests to Golf Professional Staff and other departments.
• Monitor locker room conditions and address any standards issues.
• Assist with tournament and event preparation and increased activity.
• Protect member privacy and maintain discretion regarding conversations and activities.
• Develop positive relationships with members while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Perform additional duties to support Golf Operations and the member experience.
