Job summary

Invited seeks a Pickleball Professional to organize clinics, private lessons, and activities that grow participation in the club’s pickleball programs. You will promote pickleball memberships and serve as the club’s ambassador, elevating member experience and value.

Reporting to the Head Pickleball Professional or Racquet Sports Director, you will design programs for all ages, teach skills, run leagues, and ensure top-notch facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of pickleball playing, instructing, or coaching in a club or sports facility.
• 1+ year of group pickleball clinics or instructional programs for varying levels, including juniors and adults.
• 1+ year of organizing and running social events for members.
• Certification from a reputable pickleball organization (PPA, USPTA, or PTR).
• College degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and promote engaging pickleball clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Provide instruction for private and group pickleball lessons with skill-building drills.
• Organize and promote leagues, round robins, drop-ins, ladders, tournaments and other events to boost participation.
• Maximize facility use to attract new members and foster a vibrant community.
• Assist members with pickleball needs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Reach out to new members for pickleball orientation and program introductions.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, handling changes and last-minute requests.
• Maintain courts to high standards and ensure a safe environment.
• Support daily assignments and maintain organized workspaces; arrange furniture and equipment.
