Banff Hospitality Collective Inc. seeks a Membership Manager to lead our private club membership efforts and drive the pre-opening and ongoing recruitment strategy.

You will cultivate prospective members, build relationships with influential communities, and ensure the club’s vision and culture are reflected in every interaction. The role requires a strong network, superb interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in membership sales, luxury hospitality sales, or relationship management in a private club or luxury hotel.
• Strong business acumen and ability to meet measurable membership and revenue objectives.
• Proven ability to develop business through personal relationships rather than transactional sales.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.
• Understanding of private club operations, governance, and member expectations preferable.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, culture, community, and exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, introducing, cultivating, and converting prospective members.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective members through personalized engagement.
• Develop referral networks and strategic relationships aligned with the club’s positioning.
• Maintain a highly personalized approach to prospect management, not merely transactional sales.
• Serve as a primary contact for prospective and founding members during pre-opening.
• Collaborate with Operations, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Events, and leadership to create meaningful opportunities for prospective members to experience the club.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with one another to create value and strengthen the community.
• Protect the integrity and reputation of the club in every member and prospect interaction.
• Provide leadership with regular reporting on membership pipeline, engagement, conversions, market intelligence, and trends.
