Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking Club Lounge Attendants to deliver warm, southern hospitality while maintaining a pristine Club Lounge environment. You will greet guests, take and serve orders, and ensure all food and beverage needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to manage time and inventory in a fast-paced resort setting. On-site work, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and impeccable service standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of serving or serving assistant experience.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Bar knowledge with liquor, beer and wine preferred.
• Strong communication in English (verbal and written).
• Pass background check.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and southern hospitality.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the Club Lounge.
• Serve all food and beverage needs of guests.
• Control lounge inventory of food, alcohol and serving pieces.
• Coordinate with team to resolve guest requests promptly.
