Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all Club operations and department leaders.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing management team while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.
• Maintain a highly visible and engaged presence throughout the Club, building strong relationships with members and employees.
• Ensure an exceptional and consistent member experience across all areas of the Club.
• Proactively seek member feedback and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance, labor, expenses, revenue, and departmental results.
• Partner with department leaders to improve operational efficiency and overall Club performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop department leaders while establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Promote strong communication and collaboration across all Club departments.
• Provide leadership and oversight of golf operations, food and beverage, member services, and other Club amenities.
• Oversee the overall condition, presentation, and maintenance of Club facilities and amenities.
• Partner with Heritage Golf Group leadership on strategic initiatives, capital projects, and opportunities to enhance the property.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Club policies, safety standards, and operational requirements.

Experience Required

• Significant leadership experience within a private club, golf club, resort, hospitality, or similarly service-driven environment.
• Previous General Manager, Club Manager, Assistant General Manager, or comparable senior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-department operations and management teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor, and operating results.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop teams and create a culture of accountability and exceptional service.
• Highly visible, approachable, and comfortable interacting regularly with members, employees, and senior leadership.
