Job summary

Tribrook Club in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley is undergoing a major transformation with a renovated golf course, new clubhouse, and enhanced dining and fitness facilities. We seek a hands-on General Manager to lead operations, develop an exceptional team, and deliver premier member and guest experiences.

The GM will oversee budget, vendor relations, and service standards while opening and operating the new facilities, shaping club culture and guest hospitality for generations to come.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of personnel and business management.
• Comprehensive understanding of care and maintenance of golf courses.
• Broad knowledge of food and beverage operations, laws and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of standard sales and marketing practices.
• Ability to plan, assign and supervise golf course operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of all department managers to ensure member/guest satisfaction.
• Oversees budget development and revenue reporting for the club.
• Hires, develops, and mentors course department heads; conducts regular reviews.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws and safety programs.
• Maintains community relations and represents the club professionally.
