Job summary

Old Trail Club in Crozet, VA seeks a General Manager to lead F&B and Golf Operations, driving member satisfaction and revenue growth. The role partners with the Acting General Manager to align menus, events, and staffing with financial goals, while delivering a premier member experience at a 18-hole course and resort setting.

The position requires strong leadership, budgeting, and staff development, with hands-on involvement across dining, banquet, and golf operations to elevate service quality

Qualifications

• Collaborate with Chef and F&B leadership to design menus for outlets and banquets.
• Communicate effectively with Members and staff to build trust and consistency.
• Lead by example, engaging with service professionals during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B, Clubhouse, Events, and Banquet operations to meet goals.
• Prepare data for budgets and monitor costs, adjusting as needed.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and schedules.
• Coordinate weddings, banquets and golf outings with planning teams.
• Lead daily operations with focus on Member experience and service quality.
