Job summary

Manchester Country Club, Bedford, NH, is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive exceptional member and guest experiences. As an associate of Troon, you will supervise department leaders, manage budgets, and report to the Board on strategic direction and performance.

The role emphasizes governance, community engagement, and operational excellence across golf, dining, and club amenities, with a focus on growth and service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with a private club or member-owned setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong governance and board liaison capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; CMAA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all club operations.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead and develop department heads and staff; recruit, onboard, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Act as liaison to the Board of Directors and committees; report on operations and strategy.
