Job summary

Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, FL is seeking a hospitality-driven server for our fine dining room. This part-time role supports dinner service on Thursdays through Saturdays, with pay complemented by a shared tip pool rewarding teamwork and guest service.

Holidays and weekends availability is required. You will learn the menus, maintain a polished appearance, coordinate with culinary and front-of-house teams, and deliver personalized experiences to members and guests while upholding club

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful, attentive service while anticipating member preferences and creating a memorable dining experience.
• Welcome and acknowledge members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus as well as daily features to confidently guide dining selections.
• Execute each course with proper timing, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Learn and remember members' names, preferences, and dining habits to provide personalized service.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Club service standards, etiquette, and dining room procedures.
• Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready station throughout each shift.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and Club policies while maintaining a polished professional appearance.
• Support special events and additional operational needs as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as business needs require.
