Job summary

Pelican Golf Club is seeking a hospitality-driven server for its fine dining restaurant in the clubhouse. The role focuses on delivering thoughtful, personalized service to members and guests, with dinner service available Thursday through Saturday and a shared tip pool program rewarding exceptional guest service.

Candidates should have background in fine dining or luxury hospitality, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Support special events and additional operational needs as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.

We offer competitive pay, with eligible team members receiving additional compensation through our shared tip pool program, rewarding collaboration and exceptional guest service. Must be available for holidays and weekends.
