Job summary

Colleton River Club in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily dining room and clubhouse operations, collaborating with the Restaurant Manager and culinary team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The ideal candidate has private club or hospitality leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and is comfortable coaching staff, managing schedules, and upholding standards across fine and casual dining, banquets, and events.

Qualifications

• One year or more experience of dining room/banquet supervisory experience.
• Previous experience at a private club or hotel.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, cafés, clubhouse dining, banquets, and events.
• Develop employees, oversee service standards, and create exceptional dining experiences.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily service expectations and training topics.
• Maintain high standards for dining and member service across venues.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menu knowledge and wine pairings.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance, training, and performance accountability.
• Monitor labor, inventories, and departmental costs.
