Job summary

TechWish is seeking a trusted technical & Delivery advisor for safeguarding and optimizing customer investments into SAP RISE. This remote US role focuses on large and strategic customers and will work with NS2 internal service delivery to support quality services throughout the RISE journey.

Key tasks include owning technical discussions, coordinating experts, and guiding on security, continuity, and cloud architecture. Strong SAP background and cloud experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
• Strong SAP knowledge across product portfolio and industry solutions.
• Proven technical project management and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Familiar with SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and S/4HANA is a plus.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for technology and cloud service delivery discussions.
• Support delivery manager in cadence with stakeholders and set expectations.
• Own technical discussions and orchestrate experts from SAP delivery team.
• Understand customer landscape and interdependencies across NS2 and beyond.
• Support migration roadmap with partners and SAP Services.
• Conduct monthly technical/operational reviews against cloud roadmap.
• Present private offering details and engagement model to stakeholders.
• Guide customers on security, continuity, and network considerations.
• Assess security and network requirements to meet SAP architecture.
• Coordinate NS2 Delivery team to drive topics to resolution.
