EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Boca Raton is seeking a Private Client Associate to support Private Client Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This hybrid role involves teamwork with producers, support staff, and carriers to ensure accurate, timely handling of client needs.

You will assist with account reviews, quotes, and billing inquiries, respond to client questions, and document all interactions.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent experience.
• P&C Insurance License required / can be obtained after hire.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Private Client Relationship Managers with account reviews, quoting, and billing inquiries.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, mail and email.
• Develop knowledge of carrier websites to obtain accurate client information.
• Document all client and carrier communications with current status.
• Follow internal procedures to meet service and quality standards.
• Own problems until resolution is reached.
• Collaborate with team and share insurance knowledge.
• Pursue ongoing insurance knowledge through training.
