Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager for the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, reviews complex returns, and mentors staff. Flexible office location with a hybrid model and offices in multiple locations.

The candidate should have 4+ years in tax, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, and ability to develop client relationships. Strong leadership and firm-niche knowledge are essential for growth within the PCS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or public/Corporate mix.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build relationships with clients and firm leadership.
• Stay updated on tax laws and apply knowledge to engagements.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Develop knowledge of client business and meet deadlines.
• Solicit new client relationships and participate in seminars.
