Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-2 years financial services experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn internal software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Service clients and support advisors, manage scheduling and communications.
• Prepare reports and analyze client data to assist meetings.
• Support marketing efforts and coordinate client events.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and interact professionally with staff and clients.
