Job summary

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate for its Private Client Division in Stamford, CT or White Plains, NY.

You will service clients and advisors, assist with marketing, scheduling, and data management, and support executives with confidential information. The role requires proactive, client-focused teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years financial services/fixed income experience beneficial.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal software.
• Strong confidentiality, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients and advisors in the Private Client Division.
• Assist with marketing, scheduling and organizing meetings.
• Manage databases and provide general organizational support.
• Prepare and present information for discussions and meetings of executives.
