Job summary

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Client Service Associate to support the Private Client Division. You will service clients, handle scheduling, maintain databases and prepare materials for meetings, while coordinating logistics and ensuring confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a proactive mindset, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to engage with executives and clients professionally. Will sponsor FINRA licenses where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-2 years financial services/fixed Income experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner.
• FINRA Registrations: SIE, Series 7/63 or 66 preferred or willing to obtain (Will be sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including the creation, maintenance and editing of documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations.
• Calendar management and coordination of meetings, including all logistics.
• Database management.
• Client interaction and service.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
