Job summary

The role focuses on servicing clients, handling scheduling, and supporting advisors with client interactions and data management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, handle confidential information, learn account procedures, and contribute to marketing efforts and events while maintaining high accuracy and organizational discipline.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of financial services/fixed income experience beneficial.
• Proficient with MS Office products and quick to learn internal software.
• Team player with confidentiality, accuracy, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt to service needs of various accounts to answer client/advisor questions.
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients.
• Utilize research and technical support tools for client service.
• Produce quality analytical reports using various software programs.
• Support marketing efforts and plan client events.
• Prioritize daily work, track projects, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Demonstrate initiative and confidentiality in all tasks.
