Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to provide comprehensive support to Private Client Relationship Managers. You will manage account openings, maintenance, and file completeness while coordinating with back office to ensure timely processing and client satisfaction.

You’ll handle inquiries, assist with loan and wire requests, and participate in loan documentation and closings. Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office skills and substantial related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 5–7 years of experience or equivalent combination
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Assist Private Client Relationship Managers and staff with account opening/maintenance and file upkeep
• Coordinate with back office to ensure processing is complete and timely
• Handle inquiries from clients via calls and emails, maintain confidentiality and privacy
• Process withdrawals, wire requests, and loan-related tasks for private wealth clients
• Assist with closings and documentation in collaboration with bankers, underwriters, and legal teams
• Support relationship managers in managing client portfolios and resolving service-related issues
