First Horizon Bank seeks a Wealth Management Client Sales Specialist to support advisors on a full-service platform, driving client satisfaction and revenue through targeted contact and relationship-building. You’ll help manage data integrity across source systems and coordinate with back-office teams to ensure smooth processing.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, regulatory adherence, and effective communication with clients and internal teams, in a on-site environment in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience required; 2-4 years’ experience preferred
• High School diploma required for consideration (or equivalent); Bachelors preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint; DocuSign preferred
• Accurate typing, spelling & grammar; good written and oral communication; organizational and customer service skills; banking/operations experience helpful
• FINRA licenses: Series 7, 66/63 preferred
• State Life & Health Insurance licenses preferred

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, provide overall support to management, advisors and other support staff including operating the firm’s business process management system and maintaining files
• Extensive client contact; involved in activities aligned with prospective and existing clients
• Performs account maintenance including money transfer requests, address changes, etc.
• Liaison between sales, compliance, and other business lines throughout the firm
• Manages account opening process with executed documentation in compliance with procedures
• Reviews client activity daily/weekly/monthly for accuracy, settlement, and reconciliation
• Attend client meetings, prospect meetings, and client/marketing events
• Organize, manage, and track multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate account paperwork fulfillment and representative changes
• Fulfill financial advisor requests and resolve service-related issues
• Process tasks and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure compliance operating policies including confidentiality and client privacy
• Maintain focus on continuous improvement and provide feedback on system enhancements
• Master technology to be used to its full benefit
