Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Private Client Support Specialist to assist Relationship Managers in opening and maintaining client accounts, handling paperwork, and coordinating with back office. You will monitor multiple channels, respond to client requests, and help ensure accurate, compliant processing.

The role involves supporting loans, deposits and wealth services while maintaining confidentiality and high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5–7 years of experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Client Relationship Managers and staff with account opening and maintenance.
• Maintain files, monitor emails, and coordinate with back office.
• Process wire transfers, withdrawals, and loan/documentation tasks.
• Assist with loans closings and compliance collaboration.
• Organize tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Protect client privacy and comply with policies.
• Attend client meetings and events as needed.
