Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Boca Raton is seeking a Private Client Associate to support Relationship Managers and deliver exceptional service to Private Client customers. You’ll assist with reviews, quotes, and inquiries, while advancing knowledge of carrier platforms and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a college degree or experience, and a P&C license (or ability to obtain after hire). Flexible in-office schedule supports collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Private Client Relationship Managers with account reviews, quotes, billing inquiries, and related tasks.
• Field and respond to client inquiries via phone, mail, and email in a courteous manner.
• Develop knowledge of carrier websites to retrieve accurate information for clients.
• Document communications with clients and carriers; keep records up to date.
• Follow internal procedures to meet service and quality standards.
• Take ownership of issues until resolved.
• Collaborate with the team and share insurance knowledge openly.
• Pursue ongoing insurance training and knowledge growth.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Private Client Associate is responsible for supporting the Private Client Relationship Managers in providing exceptional service to our Private Client customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a team with Private Client Relationship Managers, producers, sales support, and other team members to meet the needs of our Private Client customers by assisting with account reviews, quoting, billing inquiries, and other tasks as needed.
• Field and respond promptly to client inquiries via, phone, mail and email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of our carrier’s websites and utilize the sites to secure accurate and timely information for our clients.
• Document all communications with clients and carriers in a prompt manner. Records must reflect the most current status at all times.
• Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service and quality standards.
• Assume ownership of problems until the resolution is successfully accomplished.
• Work as a team and contribute to the team effort by openly sharing insurance knowledge.
• Become a student of the business. Seek insurance knowledge through training and education.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• College graduate or experience equivalent
• P&C Insurance License required / Can be obtained once hired

COMPENSATION

Non-Exempt: The hourly pay range for this position is $33.34 - $41.05per hour and standard workweeks are 37.5 hours. This range represents the employer’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
