Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 3–5+ years of personal lines experience with high-net-worth clients.
• Proficiency with EZLynx software preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of high-value private client accounts (~$2M in premiums).
• Quote and process new and renewal business.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals.
• Utilize EZLynx for account management and processing.
• Work with carriers such as AIG, Nationwide Private Client, and Chubb to provide tailored solutions.
