Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Banking Banker to manage client relationships with an advice-based approach, ensuring clients receive suitable products and services. The role requires compliance with licensing and regulatory standards, including SIE/Series exams and Truth in Lending Act adherence.

Work is in a branch setting with weekend and some evenings required, and offers the opportunity to grow within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking division.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63/66 if required) and Life licenses required or completed within 180 days
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
