Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve affluent clients and manage their complete banking relationships in the branch. You will actively solicit referrals, coordinate with specialists, and provide education on products and services tailored to clients' financial needs.

The role requires strong relationship-building, a valid FINRA license within 180 days of starting, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services with a value-added, relationship-focused approach.
• 1+ year in branch banking with proven new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations (63/66 if required) must be completed within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• Ability to work extended branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach to provide best-fit products and services.
• Partner with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Assist clients by enabling 24/7 access to accounts through self-service options.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
