Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Banking Banker to actively manage client relationships using an advice-based approach, ensuring clients receive the best products for their needs. The role requires compliance with regulatory standards and potential licensing requirements (SIE/FINRA) within the first months of employment.

You will collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and other specialists to connect customers to experts for sophisticated financial needs and to enhance their banking

Qualifications

• Must have a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience with verifiable revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA licenses or ability to obtain within 180 days of start.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Share Chase Private Client value with eligible clients.
• Manage banking relationships with an advice-based approach.
• Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for complex needs.
• Promote self-service options and access to accounts 24/7.
• Adhere to applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
