Work hours: Full-time, Exempt position, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4 pm; Position is remote but local to DFW area (THR service area)
Travel Requirements: As needed within the Texas Health service area
Work environment: TH Urgent Care (Breeze)/ TH System Patient Safety Risk Department
We are looking to fill a dedicated Patient Safety-Risk/Grievance position that facilitates all patient safety and clinical risk management programs necessary to support high reliability, patient safety, risk management, and complaints in daily operations. The goal is to achieve THR’s strategic objectives of becoming a High Reliability Organization. The position acts as the subject matter expert for patient safety/risk-related requirements, ensuring proper reporting and adherence to policies and standards.
