Job summary

Itau US Private Banking is seeking a client service professional to support private bankers in managing relationships, executing trades, and ensuring flawless client service across a growing client base.

You will collaborate with bank divisions to handle inquiries, open accounts, verify documentation, and help grow relationships with Spanish-speaking clients. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and proactive problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Series 7 required.
• 3+ years in client service, operations, or private client support.
• Strong knowledge of private banking products and services.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support private bankers in relationship management and client base activities.
• Research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems with timeliness and professionalism.
• Acquire deep knowledge of the client base and act as a reference on account management, products, portfolio analysis and market information.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with bankers and product partners.
• Achieve high levels of product knowledge and sales execution.
• Assist in executing client instructions and preparing documentation for timely account openings.
• Monitor client accounts for irregularities and ensure accurate processing of client instructions.
• Act as a key contact for clients’ daily operational enquiries and coordinate across bank areas for high-quality service.
• Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy; perform quality checks for trades and cash management.
