Job summary

Eastern Bank is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Manager to drive growth of the private banking portfolio and service top clients in Brockton, MA. You will collaborate with wealth, commercial, business banking, and retail teams to identify and nurture new relationships and ensure solutions are delivered end-to-end.

You will meet deposit, wealth, lending and fee revenue goals while maintaining high client satisfaction and advising on complex financial strategies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of credit and wealth topics required.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and implement recommendations.
• Experience using Salesforce for client management and servicing.

Responsibilities

• Meets portfolio growth, referrals and new business targets.
• Identifies wealth opportunities and nurtures client relationships.
• Acts as quarterback to implement banking solutions for clients.
• Maintains servicing to top clients and delivers advisory services.
• Prepares monthly client servicing and referral reports.
