Job summary
Amegy Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking an experienced Private Banking Portfolio Manager in San Antonio, TX. You will oversee a portfolio of loan relationships, analyze financial statements, assess industry risk, and structure loans with pricing considerations.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of directly related experience, a bachelor’s degree in business/finance, and strong credit analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Private Banking, Commercial Banking or equivalent and 4+ years’ directly related experience.
- Knowledge of credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, and loan documentation.
- Experience with bank loan and deposit systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of loan relationships.
- Spread and analyze financial statements; assess industry risks and collateral requirements.
- Structure and price loans; perform credit analysis and monitor credit performance.
- Report on loan activities and updates; assist Relationship Managers with credit requests.
- Expand and maintain client relationships; cross-sell other bank products.
