Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Farmington Hills is seeking a Private Bank Account Specialist II - IM&T to coordinate and execute operational activities for high net worth client services. You will support fiduciary processes, fund accounts, and ensure accurate documentation within policy while delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role requires at least three years in financial services, a four-year degree preferred (Accounting/Finance/Economics), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years' financial services experience, preferably with exposure to trust operations, private banking, or customer service.
• Four-year college degree preferred, with Accounting, Finance, or Economics desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of fiduciary risk and related policies/procedures.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties independently, consulting with team on complex client issues.
• Understand fiduciary risk, trust account funding, and related processes.
• Build understanding of the firm's businesses and industry economics.
• Support workflow improvements to enhance client experience.
• Ensure required documents are present and approvals obtained.
• Process client requests promptly and accurately in collaboration with internal lines.
