Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Client Service Associate in the Private Banking group. This role builds and maintains long-term client relationships, manages expectations, and delivers flawless service on client requests and transactions, including money movement and security transfers.

You will engage with internal partners to resolve issues and promote self-service tools. The position emphasizes excellent client service, fiduciary awareness, and ongoing learning

Qualifications

• University / college degree with <1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Job Description

Develops and maintains long term client relationships. Actively manages client expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and service. Provides exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement, demographic update, beneficiary administration, security transfers, credit transactions, and research requests. Identifies opportunities for use of digital tools to offer self-service solutions successfully. Serves as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary to senior leadership. Communicates with internal partners to identify potential issues, working collaboratively to solve problems and track open issues to resolution. Learns and understands existing and upcoming technologies to support client consultation and requests. Proactively works to determine service improvements and solicit client input and feedback to drive client satisfaction.
