Job summary

Frost Bank in Fort Worth seeks a Private Banking Officer II to deepen relationships with affluent clients and provide tailored financial guidance across investments, insurance, and advisory teams.

You will grow relationships, generate new business, and collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions. The role supports a legacy Texas bank focused on client service and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing relationship role, preferably in financial services.
• Working knowledge of financial analysis relating to personal financial statements and personal income tax returns.
• NMLS license; the ability to transfer license to Frost or obtain license within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, retain and expand client relationships within the affluent to high net worth markets ($1.5–5 million).
• Generate a minimum of $4.5 million in new business per quarter and secure at least 10 new affluent client relationships annually.
• Actively make sales calls to clients and prospects.
• Engage in pre-call/post-call planning and strategy review.
• Monitor and manage client’s existing credit relationships by reviewing current loan portfolio.
