Job summary

Frost is seeking a Private Banking Officer II in Texas to deepen relationships with affluent clients and guide financial plans across investments, insurance, and trust services. You will work with a team to tailor plans, calling on clients, reviewing portfolios, and expanding the bank's presence in the region.

The role emphasizes leadership within the private banking team, achievement of new business targets, and close coordination with underwriting and advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance or related field.
• 5+ years in a customer facing relationship management role, preferably financial services.
• NMLS license; ability to transfer or obtain within 60 days.
• Understanding of lending, client benefits across brokerage, investment management, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, retain and expand client relationships in affluent markets.
• Generate new business and secure new affluent client relationships annually.
• Make sales calls and plan client engagement strategies.
• Monitor credit relationships and review loan portfolios regularly.
• Identify suitable products and services for clients.
• Collaborate with underwriting and other Frost teams to support clients.
• Participate in community activities to grow Frost's brand and network.
• Lead within the private banking team while staying a team player.
• Handle special projects for the private banking group.
