Job summary

Frost is seeking a Private Banking Officer II in San Antonio, TX to manage and grow relationships with affluent clients. You will collaborate with Frost lines of business to tailor financial plans and deliver comprehensive advice.

The role requires 5+ years in client-facing banking or financial services, plus an NMLS license and strong interpersonal and sales skills. You will work with credit underwriting and cross-functional teams to serve high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing relationship management role, preferably in financial services.
• NMLS license; ability to transfer license to Frost or obtain within 60 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, retain and expand client relationships within affluent to high-net-worth markets (clients with $1.5-5 million investable assets).
• Generate a minimum of $4.5 million in new business per quarter and secure at least 10 new affluent client relationships annually.
• Actively make sales calls to clients and prospects and engage in pre/post-call planning.
