Job summary

Frost is seeking a Private Banking Officer II in Texas to manage relationships with affluent clients, collaborate with investments, insurance, and other advisors, and build tailored plans for high-net-worth families. You will work with a team to develop strategies and drive growth in a legacy financial services environment.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, cross‑line collaboration, and leadership within the private banking group.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; preferred in finance or business.
NMLS license required or ability to transfer to Frost within 60 days.
Strong understanding of lending practices and loan servicing for personal finance needs.
Experience managing a portfolio of affluent/high-net-worth clients.
Proven ability to cultivate new relationships and sell financial products.
Outstanding interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, retain and expand client relationships within affluent to high-net-worth markets (1.5–5 million investable assets).
Generate new business and client relationships quarterly and annually.
Make proactive sales calls and plan strategies for client engagement.
Monitor and manage client credit relationships and loan portfolios.
Identify and recommend products/services to meet client needs.
Collaborate with underwriting and cross‑line teams to serve clients.
