Job summary

Frost Bank in Texas is seeking a Private Banking Officer II to build and manage relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients, coordinating with investments, insurance, and advisory teams.

You will generate new business, oversee loan portfolios, and provide tailored personal financial advice while leading and collaborating within the private banking group. A bachelor’s degree and relevant licenses or equivalent experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing relationship role, preferably financial services.
• NMLS license or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Understanding of lending and loan servicing for personal finance needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, retain and expand relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Generate substantial new business and establish new client relationships.
• Engage in proactive calling, planning, and strategy review.
• Monitor loan portfolios and recommend suitable products/services.
• Collaborate with underwriting and advisory teams to serve client needs.
• Lead and participate in community activities to expand personal networks.
