JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Lending Specialist to advise clients on capital structures and credit solutions within the U.S. Private Bank.

You will work with a team to analyze opportunities, structure loans and manage risk for high-net-worth clients. The role requires a Bachelor degree, Series 7 and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and at least five years in credit risk or related banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses required or must obtain within 90 days of start date.
• Five+ years of credit risk experience in financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of bank loan, deposit, mortgage and credit products.
• Ability to understand wealth management including investing, trust and financial planning.
• Experience with banking concepts including marketable secured lending, investment real estate loans, concentrated collateral loans, aircraft lending, owner-occupied commercial real estate and bridge loans.

Responsabilités

• Participate in pitches to existing and prospective clients.
• Analyze the book of existing clients to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with existing borrowing clients.
• Advise, negotiate and execute loan structures.
• Structure solutions to client financing needs within acceptable risk parameters and in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain a quality credit book with active client dialogue and escalation of candidates promptly.
• Liaise with Credit Risk to ensure best underwriting outcomes.
