Qualifications

• 3–6 years of CRE underwriting or credit analysis experience.
• Strong CRE financial modeling including NOI, DSCR, LTV, LTC.
• Experience with ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, or private investment entities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and structure CRE credit facilities, including bridge and term loans.
• Analyze property-level financials: rent rolls, operating statements, leases.
• Prepare credit memoranda and risk assessments for senior committees.
• Coordinate with internal functions to ensure timely credit approval and closing.
