Goldman Sachs seeks professionals to join its Capital Call Financing Underwriting team, focusing on evaluating, structuring, and monitoring credit solutions for private equity sponsors and funds.

You will analyze fund sponsors and collateral, assess risk, and develop credit models while collaborating with Risk Management, Private Wealth Management, and other stakeholders to deliver client-focused financing solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in underwriting, fund finance, lending, commercial banking, private banking, investment banking, investor relations, private equity, credit analysis, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite capital call, subscription, and fund-level facilities.
• Evaluate credit, business, and economic implications of proposed transactions.
• Conduct due diligence on funds and sponsors, including track records and documents.
• Analyze funds across strategies like buyout, real estate, infrastructure, and other alternatives.
• Maintain borrowing base certificates, credit models, and stress scenarios.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate approvals and execution.
• Monitor covenant, collateral and borrowing base compliance.
• Develop understanding of Capital Call Financing products and underwriting standards.
