Job summary

SkyShare is seeking a Flight Coordinator to support private aircraft and clients. You will manage inbound requests, gather flight details, and input bookings into scheduling systems, ensuring accurate itineraries and seamless operations.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and detail orientation. Enjoy day/evening shifts, on-site at Salt Lake City, with comprehensive benefits and travel perks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer-facing roles, such as front-line retail, call center, customer service or sales.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills including Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Take inbound flight requests via phone, email, or text and input flights into scheduling system.
Send itineraries to clients and ensure details (catering, car rental, routing, passengers) are collected.
Update bookings when changes/cancellations occur and notify stakeholders.
Confirm ground transportation and catering as needed.
Monitor status of planned flights from origin to destination (flight following).
Develop rapport with customers, owners, and assistants to provide exceptional service.
