Job summary

SkyShare is seeking a Flight Coordinator to support private aircraft scheduling and client services in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on inbound flight requests, precise data collection for each flight, and timely communication of itineraries to clients and partners.

The ideal candidate has a passion for aviation, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (front-line retail, call center, sales).
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Energetic, friendly and outgoing personality.
• Able to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays with on-call shifts.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Familiar with Jet Insight or similar scheduling software; aviation industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound flight requests from clients via phone, email or text; input bookings into scheduling system and send itineraries.
• Ensure all flight info (catering, car rental, routing, passengers) is collected.
• Process changes/cancellations and communicate updates promptly.
• Confirm ground transportation and catering as needed.
• Monitor flight status from origin to destination.
• Resolve service issues and escalate when needed; follow up with owners.
• Develop rapport with customers, owners and assistants to provide exceptional service.
• Identify and mitigate delays related to scheduling, crew legality and maintenance.
• Coordinate FBO selection and catering requirements; maintain databases.
• Facilitate open communication and teamwork with pilots, coordinators and office staff.
• Follow safe, regulatory-compliant practices.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
