The Pilot acts as a concierge, balancing aviator duties with client service, while maintaining professional demeanor in all circumstances.

The role requires stringent FAA qualifications, robust flight hours, and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 hours with university R-ATP.
• 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or university R-ATP.
• 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
• ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
• Valid passport.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to work varying hours including day and night; weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely from taxi to landing per FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service including handling of beverages and catering.
• Load and stow baggage securely on the aircraft.
• Conduct flights for Owners with pets or those who smoke.
• Serve as final authority on aircraft operations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination.
• Report maintenance issues to MCC and document all discrepancies.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
