Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to provide a superior air transportation experience with a proven safety record. The role demands technical excellence, exceptional service, and leadership in every flight.

You will act as a concierge for Owners and passengers, managing flights, weather briefings, and in-flight service while maintaining strict safety protocols. The position requires FAA ATP or equivalent, a current First Class Medical certificate, and the ability to work long hours across time zones.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP or R-ATP with multi-engine rating as required (IAW 61.160).
• 21+ years of age with appropriate certifications and licenses.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate and passport.
• Ability to work variable hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft from taxi to landing following FAA, OEM, FOM/AOM and SOPs.
• Greet Owners/passengers, brief on flight itinerary and weather and ensure safety briefings.
• Deliver in-flight service, including catering and handling of alcohol when needed.
• Load and stow baggage as required and manage flights for Owners with pets or smokers.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to final landing and post-flight debrief.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and document discrepancies.
• Complete maintenance paperwork and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism and service standards at all times.
