The role oversees end-to-end charter experiences, coordinating with Operations for seamless service. Hybrid office-based with travel, base salary $100,000–$110,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven success in private jet charter sales or retail charter programs.
• Strong network with corporate, UHNW clients and operators.
• Ability to engage high-level executives and affluent individuals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new charter opportunities in the Central Region.
• Leverage existing client relationships to expand charter programs.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations to ensure seamless charter experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates.
