Job summary

flyExclusive, LLC is seeking an Affiliate Lift Programs Representative to manage daily affiliate needs, source aircraft for programs, and negotiate pricing to meet margin goals. You will collaborate with Scheduling and Revenue Management to deliver optimal options for owners and charter clients.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building with operators, and a commitment to safety standards across affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation or related private aviation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop into a subject matter expert for the affiliate program.
• Cultivate relationships with operators.
• Source and book aircraft for all programs and charter.
• Negotiate pricing to achieve margin goals.
• Manage affiliate performance and meet owner/club expectations.
• Review operator contracts and schedule.
• Provide manifest information to Service team.
• Maintain industry knowledge and competition.
• Ensure safety standards are met by affiliates.
