flyExclusive is seeking an entry-level Charter Sales Associate to support live charter activity within the Network Sales team. You will help deliver accurate quotes, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth trips.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; aviation experience not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Comprehensive background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes for charter sales.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries.
• Follow up on open quotes and active customer requests.
• Maintain accuracy across sales, quoting, and CRM systems.
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to execute trips.
• Support senior team members during live charter transactions.
• Contribute to the performance and standards of the Network Sales team.
