Right Executive Search, LLC is assisting a privately owned Texas trust company in Houston with a Finance Operations role. On-site five days a week, with one remote day possible after one year, you will support private assets held in client accounts and keep investment records accurate and audit-ready.

Reporting to the Director of Investments and alongside a Private Assets Specialist, you’ll prepare documents, track capital calls and distributions, manage K-1s, and help with onboarding while

Formación

• 1 to 4 years of operations experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with private equity, private credit, real estate, investment partnerships.
• BBA and/or MBA in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Perform operational processing for private and non-marketable assets in the GWES trust accounting system.
• Maintain private investment records, including units, cost basis, market values, and ownership data.
• Prepare draft subscription agreements, investor questionnaires, tax forms, and related documentation.
• Prepare capital calls and distributions and track unfunded commitments.
• Obtain and process periodic valuations and capital account statements.
• Maintain K-1 records and reconcile ownership information to account records.
• Support compliance review against investment policy checklists and Texas Trust Code.
